• Deadline to withdraw from the University and receive the minimum 40% pro-rata refund for Summer Session S1 if not registered for any other summer session
• Deadline for GRAD to drop or withdraw a Summer Session S1 course without academic penalty

 

Graduating Students' Checklist

Apply for graduation before deadline

Master's students graduate in May, August, October, and December. In order to graduate, you must be on the pending degree list for the term you intend to deposit. You can add your name to the list by submitting the “Application for Degree” form or by using the UI Integrate Self-Service system. Please add your name even if you are unsure about your graduation because you must do that prior to the deadline. You will be unable to graduate for that term if you miss this deadline. Keep in mind that the application does not carry over to the next graduation term. There is no penalty if you need to re-submit the form.

Update address information on UI Integrate Self-Service . Your diploma will be mailed to your DIPLOMA address.

For students who need evidence of a master's degree, complete and submit the “Request for Certification of Degree Form”
